Six Services.
One Team You Can Call.

Power lines, facility upkeep, solar rooftops, breakdown calls at 2am. Most companies pick one of these and stick to it. ADECO Energy has built its business around doing all of them well, for factories, offices, and public infrastructure across India.

A Portfolio Built From Actual Projects,
Not a Wish List

Over 25 years, ADECO has moved from small electrical contracts to full transmission and infrastructure delivery. None of the six services below were added for the sake of a longer list. Each one grew out of client demand for something we were already doing well elsewhere in a project.

Power Transmission Projects

Line and substation construction up to 400 kV.

Integrated Facility Management

Day to day electrical and technical upkeep for working sites.

Operation and Maintenance / AMC

Contracts that keep equipment running instead of just fixing it after it fails.

Refurbishment and Modernisation

Bringing older infrastructure up to current standards without a full rebuild.

Material Supply

Sourcing electrical components that actually match the drawings.

Green Energy Solutions

Solar EPC, energy audits, and the planning that sits behind both.

Power Transmission and EHV Turnkey Projects

in power transmission and electrical infrastructure

Power Transmission and EHV Turnkey Projects

A transmission line is only useful if it stays up and stays compliant for decades. That’s the standard we design to. ADECO handles the full sequence, from route survey through to energisation, on lines and substations up to 400 kV.

Before anything gets built

Route surveys, load calculations, and project planning happen first. It's not the exciting part of the job, but skipping it is where most transmission projects run into trouble later.

Construction

Monopole and lattice tower work, line diversion and rerouting, and underground cable runs, built to the voltage class the project calls for, up to 400 kV.

Testing and energisation

Nothing goes live without going through structured testing and commissioning first, run by people who have done this before.

Paperwork that holds up

As built drawings, test records, and the statutory documentation utilities actually ask for, handed over with the project rather than chased down afterward.

Integrated Facility Management

A facility runs on dozens of small systems that only get noticed when they stop working. We manage the electrical and technical side of that so your team can focus on running the business, not chasing maintenance tickets.

Hard FM

Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression and HVAC systems — maintained and optimised on a scheduled and as-needed basis.

Soft FM

Housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, waste management and concierge services integrated into a single service contract.

Predictive Diagnostics

IoT-enabled monitoring of critical systems with early fault detection to prevent downtime before it happens.

Performance Reporting

Monthly SLA-linked reports covering uptime, response times, work orders closed and energy consumption trends.

Operation & Maintenance / AMC

Full lifecycle accountability for your electrical assets — from scheduled visits to emergency response.

Operation &
Maintenance
/ AMC

An AMC is only worth signing if someone actually shows up when something breaks. Our contracts are built around your specific equipment, not a template, and cover both the routine visits and the calls nobody plans for.

Scheduled work

Inspections and servicing on a set calendar, logged and tracked so there is a record of what was done and when.

When something goes wrong

Breakdown response from technicians who know the equipment, not a call centre reading off a script.

People on site

Dedicated staff assigned to your location, backed by ADECO's broader engineering team when a job needs more hands.

What you actually see

Regular updates on completed work, what's coming up, and where there's room to do things better.

Refurbishment and Modernisation

Replacing an entire electrical system is expensive and disruptive, and it’s often not necessary. ADECO upgrades what’s already there, switchgear, panels, cabling, so it meets current standards without shutting the site down for months.

Switchgear & Panel Modernisation

Replacement or refurbishment of ageing ACBs, VCBs, MCCBs and protection relays to current IS/IEC specifications.

Transformer Servicing & Rebuild

Oil filtration, winding repair, bushing replacement and insulation restoration to extend transformer service life by 10–15 years.

SCADA & Automation Retrofit

Upgrading legacy manual control systems to modern SCADA/RTU platforms for remote monitoring and automated protection.

Post-Work Compliance Certification

Full documentation and third-party testing for CEA, utility board and statutory compliance after every refurbishment.

Material Supply

Certified electrical components delivered to spec, on time — so your project doesn’t wait on parts.

Material Supply

Wrong specification, late delivery, a component that looks right but isn’t. Material supply is a small line item until it holds up an entire project. We source from approved manufacturers and check every order against the actual project drawings before it ships.

Where it comes from

Established manufacturers and suppliers we already work with on our own projects, not a one off sourcing exercise.

What we check

Materials are matched against project drawings before delivery, so you're not finding out about a mismatch on site.

Getting it there

Delivery timed to your construction schedule, so parts show up when the site needs them, not weeks early or a week late.

Competitive Pricing

Volume purchasing relationships with key manufacturers allow us to offer competitive pricing without compromising on quality or certification.

Green Energy
Solutions

Solar makes financial sense for most industrial and commercial sites now, not just an ESG checkbox. ADECO Green Energy handles the full path from site assessment to a working, monitored system, drawing on the same electrical infrastructure experience behind our transmission work.

EPC delivery

Site assessment, system design, procurement, installation, and commissioning, handled as one contract rather than passed between vendors.

HT/LT integration

Transformer integration, grid synchronisation, and metering, built on ADECO's existing electrical infrastructure expertise rather than treated as a separate skill set.

Keeping it running

Preventive maintenance, performance monitoring, and panel cleaning, because a solar system that isn't maintained loses output quietly, without anyone noticing for months.

Project scale

ADECO Green Energy takes on projects from 100 kW up to 10 MW, across industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential sites.

How a Project Actually Moves From
Enquiry to Handover

This is the same four stage process behind every service on this page, whether it’s a transmission contract or a single maintenance visit.

Our Approach Section
01

Understand

A site visit and honest technical assessment before we write a single line of a proposal.

02

Plan

Engineering, scheduling, and resourcing agreed and locked before work starts, not figured out as we go.

03

Execute

Experienced teams on site, working to safety procedures, with progress checked against the milestones we agreed at the planning stage.

04

Hand Over

Testing, commissioning, and documentation, followed by your sign off. Until you're satisfied, we don't consider it closed.

Voltage Range and
Equipment Coverage

Our teams work across the full electrical spectrum, from low voltage building systems up to extra high voltage transmission infrastructure at 400 kV.

Questions We Get Asked A Lot

If your question isn’t here, it’s probably faster to just call the team than dig through a page. Contact details are below.

Still have questions?

Our technical team is available Mon–Sat, 9:00am–6:00pm IST. We respond within 2 business hours.

Yes, and it’s actually our preference. We deliver a project under a turnkey contract, then move into an operation and maintenance agreement once it’s commissioned. The team maintaining the asset already knows how it was built, which cuts out the guesswork that comes with a handover to a different contractor.
We work on everything from a single site maintenance contract to a full transmission build. The engineering standards don’t change based on the size of the job.
Yes. We regularly supply components to contractors and clients managing their own installation. Send over your requirement and we’ll come back with pricing and availability.
Yes. We coordinate multi site maintenance through local teams reporting into one central point of contact, so reporting stays consistent even when the sites don’t.
Usually more easily than starting from scratch, since our team already knows the site’s electrical setup. The solar design gets planned around what’s already there instead of working around it later.
Applicable statutory electrical regulations, utility board requirements, and standard industry safety practice, with documentation handed over as part of the project rather than assembled after the fact if someone asks for it.
