Where Engineering Decides. Infrastructure Follows.

ADECO’s engineering teams work across power transmission, substations, integrated facility systems, renewable energy and technical training, disciplines built over 25 years of infrastructure delivery across India. Every project begins with engineering: site conditions, network constraints, operational demands. Design, sequencing and execution follow from there. It is how we have delivered transmission and utility infrastructure up to 400 kV, and how we approach every capability that has followed since.

A Portfolio Built From Actual Projects,
Not a Wish List

ADECO’s work spans seven engineering disciplines, each requiring its own technical skillset: design and route engineering, statutory and utility coordination, electrical and MEP execution, energy systems integration, and the site discipline to deliver all of it safely. What holds across every discipline is the standard it is engineered and delivered to.

POWER TRANSMISSION EPC

Engineering Power Infrastructure from Concept to Energisation

ADECO undertakes Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of critical transmission and utility infrastructure, with a focus on safety, constructability, statutory compliance and system reliability.

Surveys to detailed engineering

Route surveys, route optimisation and detailed engineering, before any construction is scoped.

Build

Transmission lines up to 400 kV, substations up to 220 kV, transmission monopoles and underground EHV cable systems.

Approvals and shutdowns

Utility approvals and statutory coordination handled alongside shutdown planning, so execution isn't waiting on paperwork.

Unlocking development potential

Existing transmission infrastructure can limit how a site is used. ADECO studies the network, site constraints and development plans to engineer diversion, realignment or undergrounding solutions that maximise developable land, reduce project risk and optimise cost, without compromising safety or system reliability.

INTEGRATED FACILITY MANAGEMENT

ADECO provides integrated facility management for industrial, commercial, manufacturing industries, hospitality industries, residential, hospital & health care industry and institutional facilities, combining trained manpower, technical maintenance, preventive systems and disciplined service delivery.

People on-site

Technical facility management and technical manpower support, deployed to the facility, not rotated in.

Maintenance, planned and unplanned

Preventive and corrective maintenance, AMC and repair support, and equipment monitoring to catch issues before they become downtime.

Assets, tracked over time

Asset maintenance and lifecycle support, with soft services and workplace support available where the facility requires it.

Standards that hold

Standardised procedures, trained teams and measurable reporting, focused on reducing downtime and improving asset reliability.

Building Greener, Cleaner, Smarter Energy Solutions

RENEWABLE, NEW ENERGY &
ENERGY EFFICIENCY

ADECO is expanding its engineering capabilities into renewable energy, energy efficiency and emerging technologies that support more sustainable infrastructure.

Solar, engineered in

Solar EPC and electrical integration, alongside energy-efficient systems built into the same design.

Storage and smart systems

Battery storage integration, smart electrical and monitoring solutions, and emerging clean-energy technologies as they become viable.

Where the energy is going

Energy audit and consultancy: load and demand analysis, power quality observations and system efficiency review.

From audit to action

Energy-saving recommendations carried through to implementation support, not left as a report.

ELECTRICAL & MEP SERVICES

Most call-outs aren’t system failures, they’re systems built to a code that’s since moved on. ADECO upgrades and retrofits electrical and MEP infrastructure without the disruption of a full rebuild.

Knowing what's actually there

Load studies and condition checks on the existing installation, not the original drawings.

Working around a live site

Upgrades sequenced around operating hours, panel by panel where a shutdown isn't an option.

Bringing it current

Switchgear, cabling and MEP systems brought to code, without tearing out what's still sound.

What gets left behind

Updated single-line diagrams and as-built records for the next person working on the system.

Where the Power Actually Goes

ENERGY AUDIT & CONSULTANCY

Facilities know what the bill says, not where the power actually went. ADECO audits the difference, on-site, over a full operating cycle, and helps facilities optimise electrical performance through structured assessment and engineering recommendations.

Measuring, not estimating

Load and demand data logged on-site over a representative operating period, not calculated off nameplate values.

Where the losses are

Power quality observations and system efficiency review, checked against equipment ratings and comparable facilities.

What's worth fixing first

Energy-saving recommendations ranked by payback period, not just potential savings.

Seeing it through

Implementation support carried through to execution, for audits meant to end in a result, not a report.

TECHNICAL TRAINING &
SKILL DEVELOPMENT

A well-maintained system run by an undertrained team fails anyway, just later. ADECO delivers structured technical, safety and operational training through experienced, qualified professionals.

Training against real gaps

Scope set against the site's equipment and known gaps, not a standard outline.

Built around the job

Modules developed from real operating procedures and site-specific safety standards.

Delivered where the work happens

On-site, by trainers with hands-on experience on comparable systems.

Growth built in

Structured career development for ADECO's own technical teams, alongside client-facing training programmes.

Engineering What Comes Next

ENGINEERING INNOVATION (AEIIC)

Standard designs age faster than the infrastructure they’re built for. AEIIC is ADECO’s strategic engineering innovation initiative, focused on design, research, product development, value engineering and future technologies.

Where the ideas come from

Recurring technical problems from live projects, not a whiteboard.

Developing the fix

Solutions engineered and tested internally before reaching a client site.

Proving it in the field

New designs validated on real projects before wider adoption.

Making it standard

What works gets folded into how every one of ADECO's disciplines is engineered.

How a Project Actually Moves From
Enquiry to Handover

This is the same four stage process behind every service on this page, whether it’s a transmission contract or a single maintenance visit.

Our Approach Section
01

Understand

A site visit and honest technical assessment before we write a single line of a proposal.

02

Plan

Engineering, scheduling, and resourcing agreed and locked before work starts, not figured out as we go.

03

Execute

Experienced teams on site, working to safety procedures, with progress checked against the milestones we agreed at the planning stage.

04

Hand Over

Testing, commissioning, and documentation, followed by your sign off. Until you're satisfied, we don't consider it closed.

Voltage Range and
Equipment Coverage

Our teams work across the full electrical spectrum, from low voltage building systems up to extra high voltage transmission infrastructure at 400 kV.

Questions We Get Asked A Lot

If your question isn’t here, it’s probably faster to just call the team than dig through a page. Contact details are below.

Still have questions?

Our technical team is available Mon–Sat, 9:00am–6:00pm IST. We respond within 2 business hours.

Yes, and it’s actually our preference. We deliver a project under a turnkey contract, then move into an operation and maintenance agreement once it’s commissioned. The team maintaining the asset already knows how it was built, which cuts out the guesswork that comes with a handover to a different contractor.
We work on everything from a single site maintenance contract to a full transmission build. The engineering standards don’t change based on the size of the job.
Yes. We regularly supply components to contractors and clients managing their own installation. Send over your requirement and we’ll come back with pricing and availability.
Yes. We coordinate multi site maintenance through local teams reporting into one central point of contact, so reporting stays consistent even when the sites don’t.
Usually more easily than starting from scratch, since our team already knows the site’s electrical setup. The solar design gets planned around what’s already there instead of working around it later.
Applicable statutory electrical regulations, utility board requirements, and standard industry safety practice, with documentation handed over as part of the project rather than assembled after the fact if someone asks for it.
